“Author of Twice Adopted”
''Michael Reagan”
Mike’s special guest on “Quest for Character” was the author of Twice Adopted, Michael Reagan.
Michael Reagan is the eldest child of former President Ronald Reagan. His commitments to public service and the conservative vision his father championed are second to none. Michael spent the last 16 years as a top conservative radio talk show host. His daily show is now in syndication.
Michael has also appeared for years on network television as a commentator and guest on the Today Show, Good Morning America, and Nightline, and has been a frequent Fox News contributor. On the philanthropic side, Michael is actively involved in charities and public service entities across the United States.
Besides his weekly column, read nationwide in more than 300 newspapers, Michael has authored many successful books including his best-selling autobiography, On the Outside Looking In; The Common Sense of An Uncommon Man: The Wit, Wisdom and Eternal Optimism of Ronald Reagan; and his latest, Twice Adopted.
Writing with Jim Denney, Reagan reveals his story of redemption in the new release Twice Adopted, published by Broadman & Holman, the trade book division of LifeWay Christian Resources of the Southern Baptist Convention.
More than an autobiography disclosing Reagan's devastating childhood experiences with sexual abuse and self-destructive behavior, this book offers practical solutions to current issues that confronts America's culture.
"I have written this book because I want God to use my past and the painful things I've gone through to bring help and healing to other people," said Reagan.
